WHAT DO ENTRIES COST?
Entries to the New Zealand Mountain Bike Orienteering Champs 2009 are in New Zealand dollars and online entries can be paid by VISA and Mastercard only.

EVENT FEES
Middle Distance - $25.00
Sprint Distance - $25.00
Long Distance - 25.00
If you enter all three events the total cost will be $60.00.
A late fee of $10 will apply for all entries received from 4 November 2009.

SPORT IDENT INFORMATION
This event will be using the sport ident punching system. If you have your own sport ident card you will be asked to provide the number during the registration process. If you need to hire a card please purchase it as part of the registration process. $5 for one event and $10 for all three events.

CONFIRMATION OF ONLINE REGISTRATION
An automated receipt will be sent to you immediately after your card has been processed. PLEASE NOTE: some spam filters can stop the automated replies so please contact us if you have not received one and you want to ensure you have entered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED.
• ENTRY FEE REFUNDS ARE AT THE RACE DIRECTORS DISCRETION. ENTRY FEE REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF RECEIVED IN WRITING.
• FULL ENTRY FEE REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF RECEIVED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT DAY. AFTER THIS DATE A 50% ADMINISTRATION FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED.
